One of the problems with any established site is when to fit in maintenance time to change some things. We are seeing this as an opportunity now to do that – for instance to try to improve site speed for our American and Australian visitors, merging in an archive of the Egyptological Looting Database so that gets more attention (and updates from me – Kate). We have also dropped Events – that was a distraction and this was an opportunity to drop the tables from the database. The hieroglyphs section wants attention too – and so on.
